According to the book, Miscellaneous Cemetery Inscriptions, Gallatin County, IL, 1958, there is a Paul Oliver buried in the Crawford Campground Cemetery with birth and death dates of 1911-1931, showing as the son of Charley and Fannie. Census records seem to show he was born in 1904 as indicated by the Oliver Genealogy that was done as well.
